In order to facilitate the cryogenic liquid storage tank in a good working condition. Some parts of the device must be inspected regularly. If the storage tank has been working under extremely hot or extremely cold temperatures, the inspection cycle will be shortened.

1. Regularly check the pressure gauge and safety valve.

2. Regularly check the evaporation rate of the storage tank. The evaporation rate exceeds 3 times of the factory index, it must be checked to determine the cause of the failure.

3. Check the interlayer vacuum regularly when possible. If the vacuum degree drops below 15Pa, the vacuum must be re-evacuated.

Regularly check the vacuum degree in the jacket of the cryogenic storage tank. If the vacuum degree deteriorates, take vacuum replenishment measures (the storage tank should be vacuumed by the unit or the original manufacturer).

Cryogenic liquid storage tanks are equipment for compulsory safety inspections and are included in the third category of pressure vessels, so regular inspections must be carried out in accordance with the relevant national technical specifications.
